The jewelry you wear every day can be loaded with dirt.
Even if you wash your accessories regularly, there can be dirt hidden in the nooks and crannies.
Fortunately, there is a way to get brand new bracelets.
On the Facebook group We love Mrs. Hinch, a woman mixed hot water with washing up liquid.
It might sound too simple, but it really did the trick on her Pandora bracelet.
She wrote: “I decided to try the washing up liquid with hot water from the kettle to clean my Pandora. The c ** p that came off is crazy. All that black is out of my charms. . “
The post garnered hundreds of likes and over 300 comments.
And cleaning fans were squeamish at the amount of dirt that came off the jewelry.
One respondent wrote: “I absolutely have to do this.”
Another said, “Do it now.”
And a third added, “Hope this will work. Mine has become all tarnished and looks awful.”
Previously, Ms. Hinch shared another way to clean your jewelry.
In a story shared with her millions of Instagram fans, she mixed half a cup of white vinegar and two tablespoons of baking soda in a bowl.
She then dropped the jewelry into the mixture and let it soak for two to three hours.
Then rinse the soda and white vinegar under running water.
Then, to make everything look shiny, Ms. Hinch lightly buffed the accessories using a lint-free cloth to a shiny appearance.
