Lisa Vanderpump established “Nanny Pinky” as her grandmother’s name.

Pandora, 35, who married her husband Jason Sabo in 2011, announced the birth of Theodore on Saturday. She shared a black and white photo of their baby boy’s tiny hand resting between her and Jason’s palms.

The couple announced their pregnancy in August, before revealing last month that they were expecting a boy. They hosted a gender reveal party with their family, during which they fired blue confetti cannons.

Vanderpump has since spoken to PEOPLE about her excitement about becoming a grandma. “It’s really good news for us after losing my brother, my mom and Giggy over the last three years – it’s a blessing,” Vanderpump said in August. “I love kids, I love being a mom…it’s such good news for us.”
